IE cannot pop up new explorer

when i righ a link and open in new windows, there are no new explorer pop up. But in the task manager, the task is on there.. but is just nothing came out..

beside that, all auto popup link cannot be work in my IE

i have to open the explorer manually and write the URL to open.

how this could happen?? any solution in this??

Have gone for the tools/internet options ........restore defaults?more info has this happened to due updates software download ?the o/s may help...
