    Can't enable Skype video calling

    I am trying to enable Skype video calling so I can see my grand daughters. I have looked at several solutions through Google. None of them will work. I have a Fujitsu Lifebook with Windows 7 Home premium.

    Can they see you?  Are you sure they have a webcam and are enabling video (to you) at their end?  Do they Skype with anyone else with full video functionality?
