OK so my computer randomly automatically reboots itself, sometimes when I'm in the middle of a program and other times when it's doing nothing at all and I just leave it and come back to find it starting itself up. Sometimes it gets into this rebooting loop, and I have to leave it off for the rest of the day, but it's usually fine by the next day. It used to occur very scarcely, like once every few months, and a friend of mine mentioned something about the system being updated and it was nothing to worry about, but it's become quite a habit now, it restarted only three days after it last did it, and I'm getting kind of freaked out...
Why does it do this and what can I do?
