MS Outlook.
« on: October 05, 2005, 04:41:32 AM »
We have a small problem that someone may be able to sesolve...  One of our users has recently discovered that outlook is saving copies of all his incoming mail as text files in his route directory.

Is this a function/option of outlook?

Can it be turned off? if so HOW?

Hopeful

Which version of Outlook is this person using? Are we up-to-date on Windows/Office Updates?

That is not a normal function. Has the system been compromised to a hacking type individual?
