Good morning,
I recently had an issue where my computer wouldn't get online, so I called the manufacturer. While troubleshooting I was advised to format the hard drive once informed that I would loose my files I cut off the computer during the process. I now receive an error message during start up that windows failed to start due to corrupt files. Are my files lost is there any way to retrieve them?
