how to remove image appearing during bootup in windows 8

My E49 Lenovo shows Image of a Political leader during boot up for just a second.
How can I remove this image or change the image.

Do a search for all images on your computer and see if you can find that particular photo.

When the computer starts up the picture pops up?

Try this

Click Run

Type in msconfig

Go to boot.INi tab and check the box that says no GUI boot ( if it doesnt say boot.ini just look through all the tabs until you find the box)
don't touch anything else

click apply and ok.

Then restart

That's really weird.  Maybe you should contact the Russian Government.
