      Although I don't think it's causing your problem, did you remove marketscore?

        i have removed spywares using ur help, but when i active scan with panda it shows following spywares which it cannot disinfect. when i try to search them using command prompt or add/remove program it cannot locate/find them.

          the error i mentioned is still coming esp after i close my ie window. secondly the drop down list in address tool bar, my recent documents and google search tool is not coming.
