first of all get a back up of your register and your windows then :
1. Open Registry editor.
2. Locate the key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products.
3. Delete keys related to Symantec System Recovery. Refer to related technotes for reference about Product Global Unique Identifiers.
4. Reboot the server
5. Retry BESR/SSR installation.
