    64 bit
    « on: December 18, 2013, 03:43:15 PM »
My xps 8500 windows 7 is 18 mos. old.  I did something to it that wasn't allowing me to install or uninstall so I had to do a restore to factory.
    Now I'm missing things.
Like I can't find the IE 64 bit link.
There use to be a 32 and 64 link in start.
    Where do I find it?
    Thanks.  j

Well.... :), what started it all was when I downloaded a program called Should I Remove it.  It wouldn't install (said I didn't have access or admin rights), which I did.  And that's where it all went wrong.  I started clicking with all the instructions on 'rights'.  I was then told I couldn't undo it and had to reinstall to 'from the factory' condition in F8.
