I am facing the issue related to  operating system loading at start up with black screen for 3-4 minutes.

The problem is that when i log in on window, screen goes black for 3-4 minutes and after that desktop icon and wallpapers appears.
everything is fine when window loads there is no issue in performance.

I always run task and tune up my computer by running the programes like ccleaner, malawarebyte, adw ware, etc. and also use cmd msconfig  for selective startup. i have also run the cmd sfc / scannow and found no issue

my system is up to date and  i have installed norton antivirus.

    1) Run full scans with BOTH your anti virus app and with MalwareBytes

    2) Run sfc /scannow (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html)

    3) Reboot. Does the problem still occur? If so, boot to safe mode. Does it load normally? If so, we will move on to a selective startup. If not, we need to keep troubleshooting.
