I am facing the issue related to operating system loading at start up with black screen for 3-4 minutes.The problem is that when i log in on window, screen goes black for 3-4 minutes and after that desktop icon and wallpapers appears.
everything is fine when window loads there is no issue in performance.I always run task and tune up my computer by running the programes like ccleaner, malawarebyte, adw ware, etc. and also use cmd msconfig for selective startup. i have also run the cmd sfc / scannow and found no issuemy system is up to date and i have installed norton antivirus.
