My friend has some problems with her computer.

First of all, I need to know how to successfully remove the front cover of her tower to access her power button and re-attach it without breaking it. It is a generic case.

Secondly, check out my Drivers post:

I will have to give you just a generic answer then. Do we get a picture or just use our imaginations? Are there screws involved that you could remove?

Kellee.....Usually ,but not always the front panels are fastened from the inside with several screws . You should probably remove the side covers and with the aid of a flash light ......have a good look and you should find them ok .

If you don't know the answer, it isn't a dumb question.

When looking at it yesterday, I didn't see any front screws, just plastic posts. I pushed on it and it wouldn't budge.

Will still post pics of the computer tonight.

              Thanks

I read your posts and managed to get the front cover off. Thanks.

Sorry folks, no need for photos now.  ;)
