Whenever my Lenovo ThinkPad is turned on I see a few vertical lines running up the length of the screen. There is what looks like a single column of pixels on two parts of the screen, which divide it into thirds, There are a few more on the right of the screen which are white. They appear when the laptop is turned on, even before Windows boots up and they are always on screen. There is no other sort of functional error. This problem appeared shortly after I bought the computer in summer 2013.
