Tabs opening

I have windows 7 64bit laptop. I have Chrome installed and was having issue with Shockwave Player(not the issue). So I was getting this tabs opening by themselves. I downloaded Maxthon and had a tab open by itself so I waited for it to load said something about Coder Performer. Googled it and found that I should run adwcleaner. Since this started I have run adwcleaner, Malwarebytes, SUPERantispyware, Spybot, HitManPro and boot scan using avast. I have also restored to before this started and still have the issue. Is there anything else I can do or am I just going to have to deal with it?

I do not have any logs . I am to stupid to do this so I will stop and just deal with it
