HP PSC 1355 All in one printer

Hi there

I have a HP PSC 1355 All in one printer and it doesnt seem to want to print.

I can still use it as a scanner or photocopier but if u try and send something to it, the document just sits in the print queue.

Just wondering if anyone knows of anyway of fixing this as i am not the best with printer.

Which operating system are you using? Did this printer ever work properly? Have you tried downloading the latest drivers form the HP website? Is the printer compatible with your system?

Yeah the printer used to work fine until someone changed the ink cartridges

Honestly dont no anything bout what you just said, im useless with computers

Windows XP

The printer was part of a package we got when it was sold to us and it all worked when we first got it

Does the printer give you any error messages? Also, check and make sure that the cartridges are put in nice and tight, and have the clips on them. Securely fastened over the cartridge.

Uninstall and reinstall the printer software that came with it.
