I have this strange problem on one user account on a Win7 desktop. When I have 1 or more windows open and move my mouse toward the bottom quarter of a screen (multiple screens) the windows minimize and a title bar displays across each window with the title of the window. I have disabled Aero Themes, updated my drivers and even created a new user but the same thing continues to happen. I captured the happenings on video for more detail. Any feedback or experience with this would be helpful. Thanks.
