Remote desktop
« on: October 27, 2005, 01:55:14 PM »
I am looking into using remote desktop (Actually, I am planning on. I haven't started yet because Microsoft documents are just as interesting as HTML code.)

  • Is it safe?
  • Will it work with a router?
  • What kind of damage can people do should they obtain my password?
  • How do I get started?
  • How do I secure the connection?

And please don't link me through to any Microsoft.com articles. I came back here only because you people won't stop summoning me.

Because sometimes, in a domestic environment, people start having ideas of leaving the nest.

It only required 12 Dr. Phil episodes to realise I was wrong.
