how to find downloading link

how to find download link of anything like game , movie etc. sometime when we try to download something, an .exe (of some kb )will be download and after opening that file after download, a downloader dialog box appear for downloading our big item (in mb). this downloader dialog box is very slow in downloading as compare to our regular downloader like idm,fdm,gigaget etc.
is there any way we find downloading link from downloader dialog box and paste that link into our regular downloader for fast downloding( bcoz downloader dialog box has only three buttons in righst side of bottom BACK NEXT CANCEL)

Not sure what you mean by downloading link, but I think you mean the button you click which starts the download.
Right click on the button that starts the download-and click on copy shortcut. You can now paste the link into your downloader.
This doesn't work all the time, only works with buttons that directly starts the download.
