    High cpu usage

    OS: Microsoft Windows 8
    System model: HP 2000 Notebook PC
    RAM: 4.00 GB hard drive,
    Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics

    The problem I have is whenever I start a program it goes up 100% cpu
    Mostly programs like System Idle Process, internet explorer and games that I have downloaded use 100 percent cpu
    Gameplay fps is really low
    I need help removing all the high cpu usage

    This problem is to be expected for network servers. For a personal computer high CPU usage may mean the computer has some kind of malware present.
    Here is a another explanation.

    You can safely ignore the CPU usage that System Idle Process shows - That is showing the amount of CPU that is not being used.

    Only look at what processes that aren't System Idle Process are using.
