    desktop computer doesn't recognize keyboard.
    « on: July 20, 2014, 07:58:01 PM »
I recently bought a new desktop computer that runs windows 7 and at first I could connect both my mouse and my keyboard but now I can only connect my mouse, considering I'm still doing OS installation I cant do anything at starup with my mouse, so right now I cant do anything on the actual computer.  The problem originated after I rebooted the computer but now the keyboard doesn't work on ANYTHING.  This is the same problem with all keyboards Ive tried, so i font know what to do.

What model of computer is it?

What type of keyboard/mouse are you using? (ps2/usb)

What version of windows 7 is it?

I don't care what model computer or version of Windws 7 it it is.

What do you mean you can't "connect" your mouse and/or keyboard? Please explain IN DETAIL. Also, what do you mean you are "still doing an OS installation"?

Please start at the beginning and give us the entire story. Thank you
