    Please tell my few suggestions for a nice combination of motherboards, processor, ram and graphic card sufficient to play high end games.  Budget should be minimum..

    That doesn't help much - "Cheapest possible" and "High end games" do not go together.  You need to give us an actual price range as well as any parts that you already have and therefore don't need to buy.
