Computer not going into BIos

hi guys am Nasver, i about to  format my system but am on able to inter the bilos mode, pls what can i do,i try the F12 but nothing happened it a (lenovo) laptop!

Please give the name and model of your computer.
Does your PC have Windows 8 on it?
Do you already have Linux installe3d?

I ask because there are concerns about putting Linux onto a new computer with Windows 8 installed by the manufacture. You need to make  a backup and recovery method before you install Linux. Otherwise, Linux may destroy the Windows 8 system.

Why do you need to get into the BIOS anyways ? ?
I don't think F12 is the command for it...

I used f12 when saving word document. F2 is the right key in BIOS.
