What would you suggest upgrading ? I would like to buy a new graphic card like geforce gtx 600 series or 700 but i dont know if it would support it and what do i need to upgrade that it would fit right in that old

I want to upgrade it for video games so i could play those games with those insane frosbite 3 engine graphics and all that good looking colors or whatever you know guys what im talking about
