    When internet explorer is updated, it is an online process.

    Is it possible to create a setup file for this updation.

    (that means the next time i update I.E. i don't need to go online. I will be able to update I.E by clicking that setup file)

    Is it possible??

      shouvik........If you dont go online , how would you expect to be able to abtain updates .......you cant buy them at the corner store ......

        You can download it from Microsoft's site to your PC and run it whenever you want. I have tried.

          I am using Windows Ninety Eight.

          I am not talking about update , but talking about download.
          I have tried to find out some solution to those download which are an online process.
          Once it is downloded in my computer it must be in my computer. But where is it? How to find it in the registry?
          Can't i create a setup file for this download for which i have not go to online again.

          I often refomat my h disk ( due to virus or other prob) and those important downloads like yahoo messenger, netscape browser I have to again go online.
          The other programs which have a setup file that is downloaded in my computer i can save.          [/size]
