    Sound Problems
    « on: August 24, 2014, 01:45:27 PM »
The issue I am having is that my sound is messed up. I get sound, the background music to video games or videos and the sound effects as well, but the dialogue for said videos is mute. My computer was working fine Saturday 08/24 ,but the very next morning this issue was occuring. Ive tried updating my realtek audio drivers, Ive tried playing with the cables (switching from the front jacks to the back), Im out of ideas, nor do I know the cause of the issue. For reference I have a 2 year old hp hooked up to a flatscreen tv via an HDMI cable and using a Razor headset.

Nope, when theres supposed to be dialogue or people talking, the volumes really low or you just get that sound from very low quality streams or no voice at all. I figure its either got to be something with the connection to the tv or a driver, just dont have anything to test that theory.
