Hope all is fine hopefully I have a quick one.
I have a JVC video camera which produces .ced files.
Trying to open the .ced files on a HP Envy touch smart laptop.
No matter what i try it seems I need a file convert to do so.
Any file format seems fine as Cyberlink Power director opens way to many to list.
