hard disk drive cannot detect anymore

i have a seagate 6GB hard disk! i always use it for games only but one time my pc did not detect it! even i put it on a slave the bios didnt recognize it!
what should i do

sorry for the wrong grammar!i am not good in english! ;D

Are you sure this is a working drive? If it is jumpered correctly and is not recognized by the BIOS/setup screen, then you will be unable to use it. You will not even be able to run diagnostics on it. Sorry, a drive that elderly may be beyond hope. Check all settings again.

yah! i accepted it that i cannot use it!
i already check all the jumper settings and i put it on the freezer for about 3 hours but nothings happen!

you need to place it near the frozen chips for it to work.

connect the hard drive to monitor the freezer temps.....as 6 gig is useless for gaming.......unless you mean pheasant........what mobo have you got.......and the pc is a  laptop yes......or an lec.

p3 500 mhz.
192 mb sdr ram
win xp
yah i know its useless!but i only play one at a time!
when i play some games i reinstal and uninstall some program!and i always reformat it!cause i dont have important files inside!hehehe!what do u think happen y is my hdd is not detected!its a seagate! i dont know the model no.
