    Re-Install XP VM
    « on: September 23, 2014, 12:28:35 PM »
I seem to have a problem.

I had XP Virtual Machine installed on my computer (Dell with Windows 7 Pro) and functioning, then one day it decided that it would no longer recognize the user or password so I could access the VM.

After some fooling around I managed to delete the VM thinking I could re-install, but I can no longer find it to install it. I only have the restore flash drive and do not want to wipe out the computer, but I really need the VM working.

    Please help!!!

If you're talking about MS XP Mode then here is the link to download it: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8002

Check the complete removal of Virtual XP before reinstalling http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee431673%28v=ws.10%29.aspx
