IE 6.0 not opening PHP sites

Whenever I try to open a PHP site with IE they don't open. It will load and say done in the staus bar but the page stays blank,(white).

I own my own site and that opens fine but the forum I have is php and it won't open. Also I can't open any of my photobucket accounts, as well as these sites.

I found out the problem is that .php sites won't open.

works ok? for me but i dont use ie6.......check your firewall settings.......or try pinging the sites ........

It's not the sites because I can get on them with firefox and my computer upstiars which is IE 6.0 and on the same router.

I did virus scans with nothing coming up. I ran every spyware remover you can think of and nothing helps.
