    "COM Surrogate" is using too much processor power.

    Why is this happening on my computer. Windows 7 Service Pack 2 and warning from Norton Internet Security. Warns "At least 72% of one processor" is being used.

      Update: Windows 7 is also playing the notification sound randomly.
