Why is this happening on my computer. Windows 7 Service Pack 2 and warning from Norton Internet Security. Warns "At least 72% of one processor" is being used.

Update: Windows 7 is also playing the notification sound randomly.

Info online suggests that you may be infected.... based on info here: http://community.norton.com/forums/com-surrogate-high-memory-usage
