Ok, let me see if have this correct. You have FF on your computer and you want to import your bookmarks to IE? First you will need to export your bookmarks from FF. Go to bookmarks in FF, click Show all bookmarks and click Import and backup. Next, click "Export bookmarks to html and remember where you save the file. Next, Open IE and click on  Favourites and click on organize favorites and use the scroll button to select " import and export bookmarks" Then, browse to where you save your file and it should be done.

Why do you not have IE 11, the latest version, installed?  It was released in Microsoft in Oct. 2013.
