    No signal to monitor/tv
    « on: November 23, 2014, 11:01:44 AM »
My psu recently decided to blow up in smoke, I changed it over and my computers booting up fine but there are a few hitches.

Firstly the CPU fan isn't spinning which is fine I'm replacing that tomorrow

My main concern is I'm getting nothing on either a PC monitor or on my hd tele whichever I try, my gfx card seems to be working fine both fans are spinning as normal.

My question is would my blank screen be down to the fact my CPU fan isn't working? I'd have thought I'd still get the bios startup writing?

    Thanks in advance

I wouldn't even attempt to run a PC with a bad CPU fan...wait til it's replaced and see what happens...
    We'll be here.

Does the CAPS lock light work?
If not, the CPU is not working.
