Updating OS From Snow Leopard 10.6.8

Since updates for my current OS have ended, if I do an upgrade to a more current OS which one should I do. Not sure if i can just jump to the most current one or if I should do Mountain lion or Mavericks before jumping directly to yosemite. Here is my current laptop setup;
