To all of you folks that have experienced an infection.
I have had a computer (actually several) for a number of years. I had a dial-up connection for a long time. I feel that the slow connection somewhat isolated me from being invaded by malware. Not sure.
Anyway after getting a DSL and enjoying it's speed my computer became infected to such a degree that is was totally unuseable. I had Window's Defender and never took malware seriously. Super Dave helped me get back up and running. Still I dithered about getting good malware protection.
Then suddenly, my machine was completely taken over by adware and trojans and became totally unuseable. I turned to Computer Hope and again Dave helped me to recover.
This man; Dave is totally remarkable. I wish I could give him a medal. After working with him for awhile my machine is it's old snappy self again. Thanks Dave. I will take my malware protection seriously from now on!
