If you  don't see it, it is not there.
Some machines have BT built-in. Yours does not.
Goo to the HP forum and ask.

It appears your laptop does have Bluetooth.

What do you mean by "can't find any device"?  Are you saying that when you are trying to pair with a Bluetooth device that is in discovery mode and you tell your laptop to search, it doesn't find Bluetooth devices to pair with?

Patio, that is what I found. Thant model is not advertised as having Bluetooth.
Although Bluetooth is similar to Wi-Fi i, it don't mean any  computers with  WI-Fi also. have BT.  I saw this his confusion on another forum.

Quick solution: Get a cheap USB Bluetooth thing.  Often under $15 online.

I am ready to give up.

Anybody can Google that what that laptop needs. It is a topic on the HP forum.
About half of the small computers made by HP do not have BT nor can they do BT with the built-in hardware.

The link below  is for another model, but it provides the information needed to find out about how to tell if a model does or does not have BT. If the device manafger does not list it, it is not there.

Despite what others are saying, your machine DOES appear to have an Atheros Bluetooth device.

Please describe the exact issue you are having.

HP shipped those both with and without BT...

For what it is worth... Here are HP Bluetooth drivers

If the laptop does not have a BT thing, you can add one to a USB port.
Wall Mart:

About $10.  Work seven it PC a;ready has Bluetooth.
Worth while to have on hand to troubleshot Bluetooth devices.  :D

What procedure are you following to attempt to pair the headphones with your laptop?  If you would give more details we might be able to help you.

In order for your laptop to find BT devices you must follow a specific procedure.

Are you able to bring up the Bluetooth menu and tell your laptop to search for BT devices?

Have you put your BT headphones into discovery mode so they can be found?

It isn't automatic and until you tell us what you have tried, we really can't advise you further.
