Outlook Lost Tool Bar... Help Please

Durrrrr...   Silly me I have done it again and had to ask the question again.

I have lost the "From" Tool bar in Microsoft Outlook.I know that it is a simple fix but yet again I have  spent hours trying to find how.

Can some kind person please point me in the correct direction

You mean the standard format tool bars?

View> Toolbars - select which you one you want.

I have lost the From

yeah the "from, to, recieved"..are called field columns.

right click on any one of them
select "field Chooser" from the drop down
in the field chooser box select all mail fields from arrow list.
then click and drag whichever field you want to the column bar.
