Windows 10 and Microsoft 2010 applications
    « on: August 12, 2015, 11:55:30 AM »
I recently installed the Windows 10 update. I'm now having issues with opening/saving items within Microsoft Word 2010 and Nitro PDF reader and Adobe Reader. The applications open the item and then go into a loop of 'application not responding'.
Any suggestions on where to find answers? I've looked on the Microsoft forums, but would appreciate suggestions. Thank you!

I upgraded a machine that had Office 2003 installed and the Office applications work fine under Win 10 so I believe Office 2010 should work fine as well.

My suggestion is to go into Settings->Update & Security->Recovery and select Reset this PC.  Make sure you tell it to keep your files.

strollin & ST - the problem is not only with Office, per the original post.

kfergdenver - forgive me for asking, but were all products (the original OS, Office, Nitro) legitimate versions or were they torrents / cracks?
