    Keyboard issue, not sticky keys or stuck button

    My key board is still typing but opens up something on windows 10 I've never seen before on any other OS. The keyboard use to open up google chrome with every key and refresh it, I've tried deleting google chrome then this issue popped up, id appreciate any help.

    Can you post of image of what you see when this happens?   If not, then please describe in more detail what appears on your screen. 

    Does every key on the keyboard cause the same action?  Did this issue start suddenly or sporadically?  Does it happen all the time now?

    If any key opened/refreshed Chrome before than it is a sticky/hot key issue...

      Is this computer a laptop or desktop?  Do you have an extra keyboard you can try using?

        It's a desktop, and no extra keyboards. I might just pick up a new one today and hope for the best
