Problems with Outlook 2010

You must have a data file. I'm not sure what you did, but you can easily create a new one.

Thanks Allan, now done that - but did not know where this was

By default, data files are not password-protected. To add a password to your data file, under Password, type that password that you want to use in the Password and Verify Password text boxes.

I quite understand!     I am getting used to Outlook 2010 better now, as well.

Allan and others - thanks for your past help.   Sorry I havent been in for a while, but my computer got hacked and since then, we have been able to get windows live mail running with hotmail, so I am not going to bother with outlook 2010 now.

I really do appreciate your past help.
