Searching for auto clicker.

Hi, I am working on a game where i need to click alot in routine and it is very boring so i would like to use some kind of auto clicker. i searched these things on youtube and torrent but they all happenen to suck.

I want an auto clicker where you can command it to click on a certain pixel i setted up before, also want to be able to set it up with left click and right click in the same session.

srry for eventual bad english, if you dont understand my question then just tell me and i will try to explain better.

Depends on what purpose, in my case it is for testing a game i have created so i will be sure it works good.
