So you have Windows 7 and you choose t to upgrade to Windows 10.
And you have another device to post here. How? That is a screen shot.
You do have a backup of your Windows 7 system? Or maybe you reverted back to Windows 7.
You may want to get a fresh download of Windows 10.

My install of Windows 10 was a 'Clean install' from media, not the upgrade option. However, it was not necessary for me to buy a license key for Windows 10.
If you can revert back to the original Windows 7, I suggest you do that. Next resize the hard disk partition so that Windows 10 will have enough free space for a clean install rather that trying to update your windows 7 system.
Windows 10 installer creates a dual boot system if you do not upgrade the Windows 7 system.
It is not clear to me if Microsoft did a recent change to its license policy for Windows 10. EDIT:
