Turned on my computer windows 10 this morning and can't connect to my router which is my main concern, my network card does not seem to be able to notice the wi-fi connections are it.

Also volume is not working on my computer "The Audio Service is not running"

What does device manager show for devices... any ! yellow or red warnings or messages

What make/model computer?

Let's hope you restarted it to check if that helped. May want to check restore points if one is recent.

device manager says my wireless adapter is working properly

It a Samsung all in one pc dp700a3d

Wireless Adapter is a Qualcomm Atheros AR946x
