strange named folders in system32 folder
    « on: October 19, 2015, 09:42:28 PM »
Hello Forum: I was updating my backup computer: HP/Vista Home Premium 32 bit SP2, AMD Athlon II processor  2GB RAM, IE9 and Firefox. Found 2 weird named folders in system32 folder. Snips attached. Google Translate identified the languages. One was named in Arabic(Persian) and the other named in Chinese.  94 and 95 megs respectively. I do not know what they are. They don't have a file type nor an extension. I dare not delete them since they may/must be necessary. Does anyone else have files like this in their system32 folder and can you tell me if I need them.  Thanks.
