Opening new windows in the middle of the screen?

Is there a way to open all new windows in the middle of the screen? Or at a specific position?
I don't work with full screen windows, so it would be much nicer.
I've searched the whole internet but can't find it...

Never mind guys. I switched to chrome browser and this one opens at the same location as when you close it. I don't get it why edge behaves like that

Any window will open in the same position it is when you close it...

I thought so too... but thats not the case with edge. Believe me... I've tried it 100 times or so

You didn't mention Edge...but it makes sense....MS apps don't do what they are supposed to in large part...
