I am desperate.About every two or three days I cannot get broadband because there is a network protocol missing.I can get it by going to Recovery but that is a lengthy process. Any help greatly appreciated.

Losing it every few days.... does someone other than yourself have access to system in which they are messing with you? Have you performed a full virus scan to make sure its not cause by a virus or hack vulnerability? Have you gone into Windows event viewer to see if there are any warnings there for failing hard drive with delayed write warnings or anything else that might point out to a hardware issue with hard drive etc.
