My Pc and new Graphics card

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this i want to buy a new graphics card and i was wondering would this graphics card work http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00JR9KXZM/ref=dra_a_cs_ss_hn_xx_P1200_1000?tag=dradisplay0bb-21&ascsubtag=d5e9e2652e67b46ed744168dc1db1b7f_S would my pc handle it or would i have to get the 2gb one.

The C320 appears to be an all-in-one machine therefore it is unfortunately not possible to upgrade the graphics card.

How ever i have seen people upgrade it so i just wondered if my pc can handle it as i know it will fit

Where exactly have you seen people do it ? ?

open the thing up and show how they put a new graphics card into the pc i know it will work i just need to know will it handle the 4gb graphics card

Either your machine is not a C320 or those videos are not for a C320.  The Lenovo C320 does not have the specific expansion slots required for a graphics card.
