help skipping songs in game

Well i play a game called guunzonline and i need help because i cant change songs with my hot keys on my keyboard while in game. Is there a program that will let me do this? in gunz i use somthing called mouse rebinder. what this does is rebind the mouse so i can make my right click like tab or any other key. so is there like a keyboard rebinder? im using itunes as my music software. is there a music program i can use that would help?

Dunno, but why don't you try a Gunzonline forum.  I Googled for Gunzonline forum and got 27,000 hits - mebbe one of them will have the answer to your question
