i tried to turn my computer on and it made it too the american megatrends screen and says this

the f1 key is the only one that functions, and that brings me to the boot menu. i have not found anything that says setup in the boot menu and i have no idea what to do.
running on windows 7, i7 processor, asus z97-e usb 3.1 motherboard, 1 stick 4 gb ddr 3 ram, 400 GHz power supply, 500 gb hard drive, and non-genuine windows with a norton free trial
