Not certain if this might help, bu trying wont hurt right?
Disconnect power-cord, then hold the power button in. A quick discharge happens. Re-insert the power cable. Try starting again.
Sometimes, try starting your systems in bare-bones parts.
This would be: motherboard, cpu, memmory & vga only.
