reimage

Hi  -
Has any one used a program called " reimage" and did it work.  I am having problems with the " internet has stopped working".  It seems that reimage will fix my problem but some of these type of programs cause more problems than they fix.  Any advice will be appreciated.   Bob

Thanks for your offer but I want to go to a repair shop and fix several things that I have been putting  off.  I also hope to learn some things I don't understand.  All the people at Computer Hope have taught me a lot during  the last few years for which I am grateful.   Bob
