Hi,  my  windows 7 32 bit machine has slowed to a slow crawl. Clicking on 'computer', expanding 'windows(c), among the items is 'Windows', 'windows.old' and 'windows.old.old' Please, somebody advise how to get rid of the two unneeded and unwanted folders.

The windows.old folders are unlikely to be the cause of your slow PC, unless maybe the hard drive is very nearly full. However, they can be removed, instructions here:
